We are very excited to announce our partnership with South of Shaw Beer Co. to keep the Steinholding training running on the West Coast in a BIG way with California's only state-wide Steinholding tournament series that culminates with the State Championship Finals on Saturday October 26th, 2024 at South of Shaw Beer Co. in Fresno, CA! The winner of the men's and women's championship finals will be crowned the 2024 California State Steinholding Champions and will each receive $500 in prizes!
There are a limited number of spots available for the finals and you'll need to compete at one of our Qualifying Venue partner locations (listed below) to earn your spot in the finals and get your shot at the big prizes and eternal glory.
We're partnering with breweries, bars, and festivals across the great state of California to host preliminary qualifying rounds at these venues. The winner of each Qualifying location's men's competition and women's competition will be invited to represent the venue at the Championship Round at South of Shaw Beer Company. The different venues are listed below along with the dates and times for each Qualifying Round competition. We'll be adding more venues as the season progresses, but if your favorite Cali venue isn't hosting a competition, tell them to get registered ASAP so you can join the fun!
U.S. Steinholding Association Official Competition Rules will be used in the Qualifying Round and at the State Finals Competition. There will be a team of USSA-trained judges at the finals, so study up on the rules and spend some time training to make sure your form is clean, or you won't last long in the Championship Round!

We'll be announcing more locations throughout the summer and fall so check back and follow us on FB and IG for updates. And remember- these venues will have limited spaces available for their qualifying rounds, so show up early and register in advance with the venue if you can!
