With costs of so many things rising these days, we wanted to help however we could, so these orders will be shipped directly from our glassware provider to you as part of our annual bulk order. Each unit of this item is a "case" and includes 6 USSA logo Masskrug style steins.
Note that ordering in multiples of 12 steins will get you the best shipping rates due to our supplier's packaging configuration options.
Important Restrictions: This is a pre-order sale and these stein orders will not ship until mid- to late August. We anticipate that they will arrive in late August or early September. Since these items are shipping from our glassware provider instead of our 3rd party shipping service, they will not be covered by the enhanced insurance protection that our other glassware shipments have. We will still refund you for the item cost of any broken items that you receive, but if you need replacements you will have to place a separate order from our normal inventory and these will not have the same pre-order price. Our normal orders ship from eastern Pennsylvania, so depending on where you're located, replacement orders from our warehouse may take up to 6 or 7 business days to get to you. With all of this in mind, we recommend to round up or order an extra 6-pack if you're concerned about not having enough mugs available for your competition or if you don't think you'll have time to wait for a replacement order to arrive.
